Pop-A-Lock San Antonio

"Pop-A-Lock is the company to call and I didn't even know it. I got a flat the other night. Not your run of mill "my tire leaked some air" kind of flat - this was the bubble in the sidewall until it blew up kind of flat. Lucky for me (and my non mechanical self), my car has roadside assistance, so I hopped on my phone and gave them a call. After doing all the info-giving, the lady informed me they'd have someone out there in about 45 minutes. So I went and got some lunch. Within 5 minutes of taking my first bite, Russell from Pop-A-Lock called to tell me he was just a few moments away. I never ate a burger so fast. Russell pulled up and had me off and running in about 10 minutes. Super friendly, clean as a whistle, and happy as can be. No one enjoys flat tires or keys locked in their car, but I actually enjoyed my experience with Pop-A-Lock. I'll call them next time, that's for sure."

"Tonight, in a *brilliant* move, I locked my keys in my car. It was about 10pm, I was in a grocery store parking lot, had a full cart of groceries, it was cold out, I was not appropriately dressed for cold weather (thanks Texas and your crazy days of 80* in the afternoon and 30* at night!) and my spare key was locked safely inside my house, which I couldn't get to bc the key to said house was on my keychain inside my car. As they sat taunting me from my front seat, I was thankful to have a cell phone with a Yelp app in my pocket. I did a quick search for locksmiths and realized few have been reviewed in SA as of yet. I guess the rest of you aren't as awesome as I and don't lock yourself out of your vehicle. After a quick recommendation from my cousin, I called Pop-A-Lock. A very friendly woman answered my phone, took my location and dispatched a locksmith. She informed me it would cost $34 and the guy would be there in under 30 minutes. A quick 15 minutes later, I was thankful to see the truck pull up. A very professional young man got out, took down my info, verified I was the actual owner of my vehicle and then opened my car in literally under a minute. I was so impressed by the speed. And he even helped me load my groceries into my car, which was completely appreciated as this is certainly not part of his job. And the price was correct, only $34. For late at night, I thought that price was completely fair and I am so thankful for their help. Should you ever find yourself in this frustrating predicament, I highly recommend these guys to help. I'm so thankful they were the locksmiths I called."

"I'm an Iron Worker and was working on the Marriott in downtown San Antonio. I was high up on one of the top floors when I accidently hit my keyring on the side of my belt and it came off and fell to the ground below. It was very lucky that it didn't hit anyone but when I looked over the side of the building I discovered that my keys had more than likely fallen in the freshly poured cement slab. I went down and looked everywhere else that they could have possibly fallen to and they were just nowhere to be found. I had to call a locksmith cause my truck keys were on there and also the toolbox key. Pop a Lock came to the job site and made the keys right there. They didn't charge too much. Later we got a medal detector and could tell where in the cement the keys were but the construction company wouldn't let me tear up the slab to get them. I had spare keys at home but was glad that they were able to come to the site and make the keys so I didn't have to leave my truck and all my tools unattended. They were lifesavers! If you ever have need for thier services give them a call!!"

"I was very surprised at how quick the guys at Pop-A-Lock were in getting to me to unlock my car. It was a hot day and I was very glad to see them. They have great prices as well, which is always a plus. They didn't try to just rip me off."
